Welcome to Vault Executive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vault Executive website (vaultexecutive.ai) and the AI advisory services provided by Vault Executive ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Vault Executive provides an AI-powered advisory platform that simulates a C-Suite executive team (including but not limited to an AI CFO, CMO, CTO, and CRO). The Service allows users to interact with these AI agents to generate business strategies, financial models, marketing plans, and other business-related insights.

1.1 Nature of Advice (Disclaimer)

Important: The Service provides automated, AI-generated guidance based on the data you input. Vault Executive is NOT a licensed financial advisor, certified public accountant (CPA), attorney, or legal counsel. The outputs generated by our AI agents do not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You should always consult with qualified human professionals before making significant business, financial, or legal decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or viability of any strategy or model generated by the Service.

2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing

2.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period (e.g., 14 days) for new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial period.

2.2 Billing and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Payment processing is handled securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Vault Executive, a Vault Executive employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vault Executive and its licensors. You retain ownership of the specific business data and inputs you provide to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vault Executive, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
